Professor Alfred Haack celebrates his 40th Service Anniversary

In 1989, he was elected as 1st deputy chairman to the board of the GSTT – German Society for Trenchless Technology. In that year he also was commissioned to teach at the Technical University of Brunswick, where he was appointed honorary professor in 1996. In May 1995, Prof. Haack was appointed to the ITA (International Tunnelling Association) executive council and acted as its president between 1998 and 2001.
The members of STUVA would like to thank Prof. Haack for his long-standing involvement and wish him all the best and lots of success on the “final straight” leading towards his well-earned retirement.
