21st Stuttgart Building Law Day - The slow death of VOB/B...and alternative solutions

The seminar provides an up-to-date insight into the development of the case law of the Federal Court of Justice on VOB/B and the future of the General Contract Terms for the execution of construction work. Among other things, the presentations will deal with the regulatory jungle of VOB/A and HOAI in the awarding of general contractor contracts and present "Define & Deliver", an alternative procurement strategy for integrated project management. IPA solutions and their transferability to conventional project management models are discussed and the advantages and disadvantages of new types of construction contracts are analysed.
