Innovative building materials for tunnel linings
As part of the EU-funded research project TUNCONSTRUCT, new and innovative building materials for tunnel linings have been tested together with industrial partners. The suitability of self-compacting, fiber-reinforced and ultra-high-strength concrete for segments was demonstrated in torsional rigidity, crushing and disk pressure tests.
