Who we are and what we do
STUVA in Cologne is a non-profit research association for tunnels and transportation facilities. We work on creating sustainable concepts and materials for the efficient and environmentally friendly mobility of tomorrow. Our work focuses in particular on the areas of “fire protection & safety”, “tunnel construction & civil engineering” and “traffic & environment”. For over 60 years, we have stood for innovative ideas, expertise and reliability.
What you can expect from us - the benefits
Permanent employment in a healthy small medium-sized company, 30 vacation days and special leave on Shrove Monday, 24.12. and 31. 12, pay in line with the collective agreement and additional annual bonus, capital-forming benefits, company pension scheme, public transport allowance, independent work with scope for creativity after competent induction, a great team and a good working atmosphere, new office space with high-quality furnished workstations, proportionate mobile working, free parking directly at the office (partly depending on the type and scope of the position).
How does the application process work?
You will always find the relevant contact person in the individual job advertisements on this page. Simply send them an e-mail with your documents (at least a complete CV) and you will first receive a confirmation of receipt. We will then take a look at your documents and if everything fits, we will invite you to an interview in Cologne.
And what if there is no vacancy or not the right one?
There is always something for us to do and we want to be active in other fields of research in the future - always at the cutting edge. If you can't find a suitable job application, simply send us an e-mail briefly introducing yourself and what you have done so far and what you would like to do.
